In comments section at checkout please include color scheme, fabric pattern preference, name/initial/monogram to be added and t-shirt size you desire. Be sure all monograms are listed in the correct order -- First, Last, Middle. All orders will automatically be embroidered on a white, short sleeve boutique quality shirt unless otherwise requested. There may be an additional charge for long sleeve or colored shirts.
