Women's features hood & open hem with shock cord drawstrings. Youth features elastic gathering at the hood with no drawstrings for added safety. Wind flap and heat-sealed seams throughout to seal wind & rain out. Women's features front vented capes for breathability and easy decorating access. Reflective stripe accent on front & back. 2-way front zipper offers freedom of movement. Features covered zippered side pockets, adjustable cuffs with hook & loop closure and A-line styling. Youth features stripe accent above front hem and upper back (stripe is reflective on pink color). Covered zippered side pockets & elasticized cuffs.
